‘We Are Creating A System Ensuring Cyber Defence’: CDS Gen. Bipin Rawat On China’s Cyber Attack Potential

<p><strong>New Delhi: </strong>Acknowledging there is a capability gap between New Delhi and Beijing as far as technology is concerned, Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat has said China is capable of launching cyber-attacks on India as it has a &ldquo;lead&rdquo; on technology.</p> <p>General Rawat asserted China has been able to invest a lot of funds in new technologies, adding the &ldquo;biggest differential&rdquo; between the two nations lies in the field of the cyber domain.</p> <p>&ldquo;We know that China is capable of launching cyber-attacks on us and that it can disrupt a large number of our systems.
