Maharashtra Govt Moves Supreme Court Challenging Bombay HC Order For CBI Probe Against Anil Deshmukh

<p><strong>Mumbai:</strong> Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray-led Maharashtra government on Tuesday moved the Supreme Court challenging an order of CBI probe against former Home Minister Anil Deshmuk by the Bombay High Court. The decision by Bombay HC will reportedly be challenged by Deshmukh independently in the apex court.
