WATCH | Ex-TMC Leader Does ‘Sit-Ups’ To Apologise Before Joining BJP In Presence Of Suvendu Adhikari

<p><strong>Kolkata:</strong> Ahead of the much-awaited West Bengal Assembly elections, a Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Susanta Pal punished himself by shamelessly doing 'sit-ups' holding his ears ahead of his induction to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in presence of former TMC leader Suvendu Adhikari, who recently joined the saffron clad after brawl with Mamata Banerjee.&nbsp;</p> <p>Adhikari's meeting was organised in Pingla district of West Bengal on March 3 (Wednesday) where the local TMC leader quit the party to join BJP.</p> <p>The event's video was even shared by BJP's Mahila Morcha leader and party's national incharge of social media Priti Gandhi on micro-blogging site Twitter.&nbsp;</p> <p>"TMC leader Susanta Pal performed sit-ups on stage as he joined the BJP.
