<p><strong>New Delhi:</strong> Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Saturday said that his government will soon bring in a law to claim the recovery of damages to public properties. D.P. Vats, Dushyant Gautam and Ram Chander Jangra.</p>
